Sr. Program Manager-Portfolio Operations

 

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Sr. Program Manager for a major mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) with demonstrated ability to manage a large portfolio of programs and projects. This role has oversight into the full project lifecycle, including initiation through delivery, with a focus optimizing and maintaining the tools and methodology, and leading portfolio level reviews. The role is also responsible for project standards and processes, proactively identifying improvement, auditing projects, status reporting, roadmap and training PMO staff. Qualified candidate must have high attention to detail and strong experience using and administering Smartsheet without limits to include, control center, and the development and maintenance of data mesh tool, reports, and dashboards. The candidate must be a driven individual capable of managing workload with minimal oversight.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Continuous focus on process improvement through all aspects of projects including, planning, scope, issue and risk management, communications, change management and budget in all project lifecycle phases
  • Contribute to maintaining and continual improvement of PMO processes, website, tools and methodologies
  • Develop trusted relationship with project and program stakeholders
  • Seek out opportunities to collaborate on strategic project and program management initiatives
  • Deliver appropriate and effective executive level communication
  • Collaborate with all levels in the supervision of project, program and portfolio, which includes work allocation, training, problem resolution and accountability
  • Support leadership through capital funding requests
  • Lead and facilitate program and portfolio level status reviews with executive leadership
  • Assist leadership with onboarding and training PMO staff and contractors
  • Experience working within various project management methodologies, and demonstrated experience working in an environment with differing methodologies (i.e. agile and waterfall)
  • Continuous professional development in order to keep abreast of emerging technologies, methods and project management best practices

 

Required Qualifications

  • Program or portfolio management experience 7+ years
  • Smartsheet Certified User and/or relevant expert user experience 1+ year
  • Project management Experience 7+ years
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) preferred

 

Skills

  • Polished portfolio or program manager, with similar tenure as project manager
  • Effectively managed a portfolio of multiple, projects and programs with joint accountability to scope and schedule
  • Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques; Provide project and program management best practices
  • Experience presenting to executive leadership and demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management

Sr. Wireless Product Analyst

Job Description

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Sr. Wireless Product Analyst for a major MVNO carrier in Denver, CO . Only the candidates that can work in Denver location should apply. For the right candidates, weekly travel may be considered. The ideal candidate should have experience in Telecommunications, especially wireless field with knowledge of 4G, 5G and WiFi calling.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Actively and consistently support all efforts to enhance the Mobile products and business solutions.
  • Gather, analyze, refine, validate wireless market intelligence, vetting prospective opportunities and threats, and formulate cases to help the team move in the right technology and business direction
  • Conduct research to gather information about target markets, competing products/services, customers, competitors, potential partners, and potential acquisition targets
  • Assemble, examine, refine, validate, document, maintain, and summarize complex data for business strategies and product lines within the Wireless Products Group.  
  • Develop financial models, conduct benchmarking, and perform process analysis paired with corresponding presentation documents such as PowerPoint, Visio, and excel
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance and develop forecast models, and business cases for proposed products and/or changes based on sound analysis
  • Analyze and understand interdependencies and business risks which could impact the delivery of new wireless products, services, and technologies
  • Conduct feasibility studies to asses costs, benefits, efficiency and technical viability of solutions to business problems

 

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

Skills / Abilities and Knowledge

Financial, Product, and Market Analysis Experience Required, Wireless/Mobile industry experience required, experience in strategic consultancy or investment bank desired

Wireless Network Architect

Job Description

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Wireless Network Architect for Tier 1 Carrier. The candidate is required to take a design/architect role in the implementation of MVNOs in Europe and APAC by working with equipment vendors and be part of a multicultural, geo-diverse team. The candidate is required to be part of design, deployment, system integration and test, and production support. It is an essential requirement to have good communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues and solutions to native and non-native English speakers.

  • 5+ years’ experience of 3GPP packet cores GPRs to LTE including DNS resolution, end to end signaling and connectivity including applications & client/server.
  • Understanding of the following protocols:
    • GTP & its variants
    • SS7 (including Sigtran)
    • CAP
    • MAP
    • Radius & Diameter
  • Knowledge of 3GPP standards and releases.
  • Real world experience in 3GPP network and system architecture (subsystems, interfaces, hw/sw dependencies). 
  • Creation of Architecture & Requirements documents, driving them through review and approval.  Proven experience of working with 3rd party vendors & analyzing solutions.
  • Knowledge and working experience in mobility roaming scenarios.
  • Good team player but also able to work independently when required.
  • Ability to manage complex solutions, identify and pull together subject matter experts to resolve issues to implementation and conclusion.
  • Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements for RFxs.
  • Experience in IOT is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.
