Job Description

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  •       Experience in Telecommunications, especially wireless field for 5+ years. Experience in testing and launching of mobile devices is desirable.
  •       Strong experience in Apple and Android devices desired. Experience in carrier bundles is a plus
  •       Experience in eSIM/Dual SIM, OTA, SIM profiles is a plus
  •       High level knowledge of wireless technology (GSM, 3G, LTE/VoLTE, IMS) and MVNO preferred
  •       Confident and comfortable with customers, peers and leadership interaction with excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  •       Prior experience with Tier 1 carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint or equipment vendors including OEMs such as Samsung, LG, Apple is preferred
  •       Highly motivated self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive for deliverables
  •       Ability to work in office in Denver, CO metro area is required.

Wireless Network Architect

Job Description

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Wireless Network Architect for Tier 1 Carrier. The candidate is required to take a design/architect role in the implementation of MVNOs in Europe and APAC by working with equipment vendors and be part of a multicultural, geo-diverse team. The candidate is required to be part of design, deployment, system integration and test, and production support. It is an essential requirement to have good communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely articulate issues and solutions to native and non-native English speakers.

Only candidates meeting most of the requirements below should apply:

  • 5+ years’ experience of 3GPP packet cores GPRs to LTE including DNS resolution, end to end signaling and connectivity including applications & client/server.
  • Understanding of the following protocols:
    • GTP & its variants
    • SS7 (including Sigtran)
    • CAP
    • MAP
    • Radius & Diameter
  • Knowledge of 3GPP standards and releases.
  • Real world experience in 3GPP network and system architecture (subsystems, interfaces, hw/sw dependencies). 
  • Creation of Architecture & Requirements documents, driving them through review and approval.  Proven experience of working with 3rd party vendors & analyzing solutions.
  • Knowledge and working experience in mobility roaming scenarios.
  • Good team player but also able to work independently when required.
  • Ability to manage complex solutions, identify and pull together subject matter experts to resolve issues to implementation and conclusion.
  • Proficient in specifying and evaluating architecture requirements for RFxs.
  • Experience in IOT is advantageous but not a pre-requisite.

It is required to work in the business hours in the office in Atlanta, GA.

Wireless Network Specialist

Job Description

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Wireless Network Specialist having experience in GSM/CDMA, 3G/LTE/VoLTE technologies, EPC and IMS Core network elements, call flows, protocols such as SS7, CAMEL, SIP, TCP/IP. Candidates matching some of the following requirements may apply:

  • Bachelors degree with 8-10 years or Masters degree with 4-5 years experience in the field of Telecommunications (Wireless, Fiber, Cable etc)
  • High level understanding of 3GPP standards, Wireless architectures for Circuit Switched and Packet Switched networks
  • Understanding of TCP/IP, DNS and routing protocols such as BGP/OSPF
  • Basic knowledge about using Wireless devices, SIMs, configuration of APNs, experience with Android and iOS is desirable
  • Experience working either in a Lab or Field deployment environment
  • Experience on RFP analysis, creation of scope documents, writing specifications, working with equipment vendors such as Ericsson, Nokia, Alcatel-Lucent, Nortel, Cisco, Huwawei
  • Prior experience with Internet of things/M2M, connected car is preferable but not a must have requirement
  • Prior experience with wireless roaming for voice and data subscribers is preferred
  • It is required to have good oral and written communications skills

The preferred location is Atlanta or Dallas; but for the right candidate, remote working may be possible.

IoT Solutions Engineer

Job Description

Perigee Integrations is looking for a Solutions Engineer/Technical Consultant in the fastest growing field of Internet of Things (IoT). The Solutions Engineer will have life cycle management responsibility of customer projects from technical perspective from pre-sales to post launch operations. The Technical Consultant will collaborate and contribute to IoT solutions through initial customer and vendor engagement, solution design, implementation, validation and deployment of end-to-end solutions that meet customer requirements, as well as post-launch technical activities such as troubleshooting, operations review, ongoing service development/optimization.Candidates matching some of the following requirements may apply:

  • Bachelors degree with 5+ years or Masters degree with 3+ years experience in the field of Telecommunications (Mainly Wireless)
  • In-depth experience in wireless service and architecture design in global IoT space
  • Extensive knowledge of wireless technology (GSM, 3G, LTE, IMS), network and devices, transport, VPN, IT and Billing Systems
  • Hands on experience with network and devices test equipment and excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Confident and comfortable with customers, peers and leadership interaction with excellent written and oral communication skills and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Prior experience with Tier 1 carriers like AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, Sprint or equipment vendors is preferred
  • Prior experience with Internet of things/M2M, connected car and high level knowledge of upcoming technologies like narrowband IoT or LPWA is preferred but not a must have requirement
  • Highly motivated self-starter, willing to take ownership and drive for deliverables
  • Ability to be innovative, resourceful and thinking outside of the box is a plus

The preferred location is Atlanta but for the right candidates, remote working may be possible with up to 30% of travel to customer site as needed
