Vaibhav Sathe, President

Vaibhav Sathe has over 23 years of experience in wireless communications. Mr. Sathe has an excellent technical background and strong leadership qualities along with keen problem solving skills. Prior to founding Perigee, Mr. Sathe worked as Vice President with Advanced Mobile Integrations (AMI). He was key contributor to the growth of AMI in 4 years of operation and also expanding business with Vodafone USA. Prior to AMI, he built and mentored a powerful team of technical specialists in Bechtel’s Telecommunication Division that executed several network integration and deployment projects with AT&T Mobility from 2003 through 2011. He was a key player in AT&T/Cingular’s initiatives to launch 2G, 3G and LTE networks and directed seven mergers and network integration projects. Prior to Bechtel, Mr. Sathe worked with AT&T Wireless in the fixed wireless division and with Netro Corp in the Customer Advocacy group in pre-sales system engineering support. He also worked in several international markets in EAME and the Far East deploying cellular networks with Hughes Network Systems. Mr. Sathe holds a B.E. (Electronics) degree from University of Bombay and M.B.A. from Georgia State University.

Murthy Bonda, Vice President

Murthy Bonda has over 18 years of experience in Telecom industry including design, development, testing, implementation, sales and support for a wide range of wireless products and services. Area of expertise includes all telecom technologies in the segments of RF, Telecom & IP core networks. Extensive experience in telecom protocols, Voice/Packet core technologies, testing methodologies, troubleshooting and process improvements. Experienced in technical development, troubleshooting, customer interface, partnership building and team/project management. Murthy holds a B.E. (Electronics and Communication) degree from University of Madras.

Ebenezar Raj

Mr. Raj has over 22 years of experience in Telecom industry. He has been working with Bechtel/AMI on the AT&T projects for the past years and is a Subject Matter Expert on 2G/3G/LTE/VoLTE technologies, various EPC and IMS core network acceptance and signaling protocols (SS7, CAMEL, SIP). Prior to AMI, Mr. Raj worked for 10 years with Lucent Bell Labs in Germany, Malaysia and Chicago providing services in vendor compliance testing, interoperability testing and supported development of MAP for Lucent softswitch. Mr. Raj has Bachelors of Engineering degree in Electronics and Telecommunications from India.

Ernest (Don) Walker Jr.

Mr. Walker has over 29 years in the Telecommunications Industry with a vast experience in wireline and wireless service requirements, design and deployment. Mr. Walker has designed and deployed various start-up wireless networks including Aerial Communications, Sprint PCS and Chase Communications to name a few. He has managed and provided technical support for various LTE and VoLTE projects within AT&T. He has obtained extensive experience in leading edge technology requirements and Wireline system design while working as a Lead Member of Technical Staff (MTS) at Bell Communications Research (Bellcore). Mr. Walker has been responsible for the management and budgeting for complete network engineering systems totaling in excess of $15-$20 million. Mr. Walker graduated Summa Cum Laude from Southern University with a BS degree in Electrical Engineering. Mr. Walker also holds a MS Degree in Electrical Engineering and a MS Degree in Computer Science from The Stevens Institute of Technology.

Jaya Rudrakshala

Jaya has over 11 years of experience and she been working with AMI as Senior Member of Technical Staff. She has successfully led and delivered on key special projects for AMI such as Apple iPhone launch for AT&T, IT production launch for AIO/Cricket Wireless, Re-IMSI (2G sunset) project for AT&T, Picocell Deployment for disaster recovery for Vanguard, Maersk Container SIM Profile for Vanguard, VOLTE friendly user trial at various locations for AT&T, and Wireless performance QoS reporting for AT&T. Jaya holds a Master's degree in Telecommunications Management from Oklahoma State University, she started her career at AT&T's West and Southeast network operations centers. She later joined Bechtel Telecom as a Senior RF engineer to contribute to AT&T's Blue to Gold Integration effort in Georgia.
